Product Description
Students view a video vignette that illustrates a realistic workplace situation in which the main characters are faced with a dilemma. After watching the video clip, students read a story and decide how the dilemma should be resolved. Comprehension and vocabulary questions accompany each story. This interactive program develops reading comprehension and vocabulary, enhances learners' awareness of workplace dilemmas and etiquette, and promotes critical thinking skills and sound decision-making. The dilemmas in the stories will spark discussion and communication between and among students.
